Terms Of Service (TOS)
You agree to our Terms of Service (TOS) when you use / purchase / renew any of our services.
Client Area
The CodeSmart Client Area is a unified place where you can access/check/manage/modify all your services (Domains, emails, hosting etc.). You can also view your invoices in the client area. The URL for the CodeSmart client area is clientarea.codesmart.online.
EMAIL USERGUIDE
Check your Emails
- Your webmail URL is webmail.codesmart.online, to check your emails on a web browser
- You can also configure your emails in any email app like “Gmail”, “Outlook”, “Thunderbird” etc. on your phone or computer or any other device. You can also integrate your emails into your current Gmail account
[You can change your email account’s password from the webmail as well as from the hosting control panel ]
Create, Delete or Modify Email Accounts
Configure Emails on any Email App (on mobile/tablet/PC etc.)
- First try to configure the emails using the email and password, in any email app (like gmail or outlook for mobile etc.) (If prompted, select IMAP instead of POP3). If this works for you then you can skip the step 2 below.
- If the above doesn’t work for you, then you’ll have to configure the emails manually by using the below settings:
- Open Email Client/App on PC or Mobile/Tablet and add a new email account (Select “Other” if prompted).
- Email account type: Personal (IMAP).
- Incoming Server Settings:
- Username: [You Email Address]
- Password: [Your Email Address’s Password]
- Server (Hostname): imap.stackmail.com
- Port: 993
- Security: SSL
- Check “Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)” if needed
- Outgoing Server Settings:
- Username: [You Email Address]
- Password: [Your Email Address’s Password]
- Server (Hostname): smtp.stackmail.com
- Port: 465 or (587 for TLS)
- Security: SSL or (TLS)
- Check “Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)” if needed
Configure/Integrate Emails with Gmail
If you integrate your CS hosting email account with your Gmail account, you will simply receive your CS hosting account(s) emails within your Gmail account. This way if you have multiple CS hosting email accounts, you can check them in one Gmail account.
Steps for integration:
- Goto “gmail.com” in your web browser and log into your Gmail account that you want to integrate with the CS hosting email account
- Goto “Settings” > “Accounts and Import” > “Check mail from other accounts” > click on “Add a mail account”
- Input your CS hosting email account address and press “Next”
- Select “Import emails from my other account (POP3)”
- Input the details for your CS hosting email account:
- Username: [the CS hosting email account address]
- Password: [the CS hosting email account password]
- POP server: pop3.stackmail.com
- Port: 995
- Check the “Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server.” Checkbox if you would like to keep a copy of all the emails in your CS hosting email account (in addition to importing into Gmail)
- Check the “Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail.” Checkbox
- Click “Add Account”
- Choose “Yes” or “No” in the “Would you also like to be able to send mail as” window
- If you chose “No” in the above step, you can skip this step and step 8; otherwise input your name and click “Next Step”
- Input the SMTP server details:
- SMTP Server: smtp.stackmail.com
- Username: [the CS hosting email account address]
- Password: [the CS hosting email account password]
- Port: 587 for TLS (or 465 for SSL)
- Click “Add Account”
- Click “Close window”

Control Panel Main Page Overview
When you login into your Hosting Control Panel (go to clientarea.codesmart.online, login > click on “Hosting Services” > click on the relevant hosting service > you can view your hosting control panel details to log into it), you should be greeted by the Dashboard. The Dashboard shows all the important information regarding your hosting package and the different sections that your hosting control panel offers.
CDN
This section contains all the options and information regarding hosting based website and hosting caching etc. Caching is used to speed up a website.
Web Files
This section contains the File Manager (to access all the files hosted on the server) and FTP manager, in addition to a “Web Builder” in order to easily create basic websites using drag and drop methods.
This section contains all the tools to manage your email accounts and email messages. You can create/delete/modify email accounts, create email forwarders and catch-all emails (catch-all email accounts are special email accounts that “catch” all emails sent to your domain. You can also access the Webmail and other features in this section.
IMPORTANT: In the “Email Accounts” section, after creating an email account, click on “Options” in the “Actions” column for the respective email account and then click “Quota Notifications by Email”. Here you can set the first and second limit for notifications you will receive when the email account space gets too full. We recommend setting the “Send first limit email notification at” to 80% and “Send second limit notification at” to 85%. Click “Save Changes” when done. Do this for all the email accounts.
Web Tools
Here you can your Databases and modify the PHP versions of your server. You can also run Cron Jobs (Scheduled Taks) here apart from other features as well.
Domain Names
Create/Delete/Modify additional domain names for your hosting in this section. Also manage the sub-domains and the DNS for your domains here.
Security
You can activate a free SSL from this section as well as scan your server and all the files for any malware. This section also contains settings for Hotlink protection and other settings.
Logs & Stats
You can view any logs (error etc.) and usage statistics for your server from this section. You can also view your email logs from within this section.
One Click Installs
Quickly and easily install over 80 apps/platforms/CMS to your server from this section including WordPress etc.
How to add additional domains/websites to your hosting
- Click on “Domains” in the “Domain Names” section, this will open the “Manage Domains” page
- Add a domain name (e.g. “test123.com”) in the “Add a Domain” section and press “Add Domain” button
- Scroll down to the “Manage Domains” section and add a “Document Root”. e.g. if your new domain name is “test123.com”, add “public_html/test123.com” to the “Document Root” for the domain “test123.com”, press “Update” when done
- Now goto the hosting home page (by clicking on the “Home” link) and click on “File Manager” in the “Web Files” section, the file manager page will open
- Double click on “public_html”
- Now create a new folder here named “test123.com”, double click on this folder to enter into it
- All of your files for the website/domain should be placed in this folder
- Now goto the “Junk Mail Filters” section in the “Email” section. In the “Junk Filter Levels” section, set the “Filter Level” for the domain to “Low” and click “Save Changes” when done.
(This feature is NOT available for the “Silver” hosting plan)
Name Servers for the Web Hosting
The Name Servers for your web hosting are as follows:
- ns1.stackdns.com
- ns2.stackdns.com
- ns3.stackdns.com
- ns4.stackdns.com
(Name Servers are used to connect a domain name with the hosting server.)
FTP Server Settings
The FTP Server settings are as below:
